KUALA LUMPUR (April 19): E Trend Realty’s collective commissions soared up to RM24 million for 2023.

This was revealed during the real estate agency’s recent annual dinner. The black-tie event was attended by more than 500 people including developers, panel lawyers and bankers.

Playing no small role in helping E Trend Realty realise such an achievement is its SOS Precision Data System.

“In 2023, a significant milestone for us was the successful development of our exclusive SOS Precision Data System,” E Trend Realty co-founder Kenny Kok told EdgeProp.

The other founders are licence holder Vincent Tan, general manager Jacky Liew, sub-sale director Max Ong and project sale director Eken Ng.

“Through the SOS Precision Data System, many of our agents have seen their performance skyrocket. Some have effortlessly transitioned from residential to commercial and industrial properties, while others have seamlessly moved from low-end to high-end deals,” he added.

“This cutting-edge system boasts a 90% accuracy rate in identifying the most up-to-date property owners, be it in residential, commercial or industrial areas. By simply providing a drop pin, we can promptly locate property owners, providing invaluable assistance to agents in the secondary market,” Kok explained during the signing of a memorandum of understanding with EdgeProp last year.

“It [SOS Precision Data System] has enabled us to rapidly expand into multiple areas, and teams handling factories and commercial properties have also efficiently obtained numerous properties for sale or rent using this system, which is expanding,” he added.

Kok added the collaboration with EdgeProp would augment E Trend Realty’s digital leverage.

During the annual dinner, 72 awards were given away. There were two sales that recorded RM1 million income and above, two at RM500,000 and above, and eight at RM360,000 and above.

“Every year, we organise an internal competition and the prestigious Super Top Sale programme, culminating in an annual dinner where we recognise outstanding achievements in sales, leadership and team performance. This comprehensive approach ensures our agents maintain the highest levels of pride and motivation throughout the year,” said Kok.

“Currently, we have more than 1,000 registered sales executives, including 250 real estate negotiators, with plans of growing this headcount. And the new target for sales is set for RM50 million,” said Kok.

E Trend Realty started out in 2017 and today has five licence holders overseeing five official branches in Malaysia, located in Kepong and Setapak in Kuala Lumpur; PJ Jaya One in Selangor; Kuantan, Pahang; and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
